Natural Interior Eggshell - Grafclean by Graphenstone

This is our 'go to' eco eggshell wood, trim and wall paint, it's a best seller and a customer favourite for good reason, it has all the right eco creds, trace VOC and breathable. Great for higher traffic rooms that have higher humidity, like a kitchen or bathroom, or you just need something very washable for a room like a nursery.

What is Graflean Eggshell suitable for?

Perfect for wood & trim. Although you can use the standard Grafclean matt emulsion paint on wood, the Grafclean Eggshell is a better choice as due to the higher sheen it attracts less dirt, and easier to clean and wash.

Metal & tiles: Suitable for metal and tiles, just prime with the Four2Four primer.

Primer required?
For pre painted clean and good condition surfaces, just key (lightly sand) the surface and paint with the eggshell.

To ensure adhesion onto previously painted wood, metal or trim, it is advisable to apply a coat of Four2Four primer.

Overpainting existing painted walls. Suitable for all normal interior walls, whether you have existing (conventional 'big brand') paint you want to refresh or just want a new look with just two coats.

Bare gypsum plaster. Mist coat the bare plaster with the white Graphenstone Naturcolor first, and then 2 coats of this Grafclean Eggshell

Overpainting non breathable paint and non breathable walls. Yes you can overpaint without any issues!

How to use this paint

Coverage: 12-16m2 per Litre (per coat, requires 2)
This paint arrives slightly concentrated to save on water, waste and packaging, so we recommend that you add 10-15% water by weight. This is not essential, but can give you better coverage and easier application.

Drying: Touch dry in 1 hour, and leave 2-4 hours between coats. 24 hours until fully dried.

Colours: Please do not order from any digital colour charts or screens as they can vary from screen to screen. Always try a tester pot, or order a peel and stick A5 swatch before ordering.

Returns: We mix the colour per order, so we do not take returns on any coloured paint, only white, so please try a tester pot first!
