Delivery:

These rates apply to:

  • Orders shipped to most* UK mainland locations.

  • Orders placed through our webshop only.

 

Please note that:

  • *Surcharges apply to remote mainland and offshore postcodes.

  • Orders placed by other means may attract a higher rate of carriage.

  • Local customers now have the option to COLLECT IN STORE from Greenshop, GL6 7BX. Please specify collection day in ‘notes’.

 

All Express Delivery orders received before 12 noon we will try to despatch the same day**, and anything received after this time will be despatched next working day.

**If your order is required urgently we recommend first contacting us to check that the item(s) is in stock etc.

  • We only deliver to the UK
  • Delivery is based on working days (working days are Mon-Fri)
  • Small orders including tester pots are shipped using 1st or 2nd Class post. If desperate or tracked service is required then you will need to select Express delivery via courier.
  • Other orders are shipped using tracked courier service, typically Parcelforce or Royal Mail Tracked. They have until 6pm to deliver
  • The courier driver (not applicable to postal deliveries) is not obliged to leave any goods without a signature, regardless of any instructions left. This is solely at the driver’s discretion. If they are unable to deliver the goods then Parcelforce and Royal Mail will return will return them to your local post office or the nearest depot. In this case you are responsible for collection or re-delivery.
  • Orders completed after 12 noon will be despatched the following working day.

 

Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order – if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return unopened, standard stock items, in their original condition (unopened, undamaged), within 14 days of receipt, returned goods may be subject to a handling charge.

The goods must be returned, at your cost, and must arrive with Greenshop Paints within 14 days of the return being notified in a condition fit for resale.

Any non-standard stock products cannot be returned unless defective – our coloured paints and finishes that are mixed to order are personalised and as such are not returnable.
