I love the newsletters & advice. The products are good quality and our experience so far, with the products we have used, is that they last far longer than the cheaper unsustainable alternatives.
The hand painted colour chart is great. So many shades of colours to choose from, it is difficult to decide which to order!
Have always previously used the store. Had to purchase a new range of paint as no longer supplied the lime paint. The Graphenstone paint was ordered and collected, cost £248 for 2x 4ltr pots. They did not advise at time of purchase these are mixed to order and therefore no refund. An expensive mistake. Will not return.
Ordering online was very straightforward, and I received several emails to notify me of progress. I also phoned the company to seek their advice about a product, and they were very friendly and helpful. Thanks.
I ordered two different paint samples and they sent two of the same colour. I have emailed them multiple times and received no response. It's a shame as it looked like nice paint but I will be looking elsewhere now
We have an engineered wood floor that faces south so gets all the sun in the summer, even though we pull on the curtails. This has led to a large section of floor being very badly faded while the rest is ok. See pic..faded at front right but worse than it looks?
We got the Auro stain 560 small pot in lt oak to see if we could blend the faded floor with the non faded. It was a bit too light so we then tried caramel. Perfect! The floor looks fantastic and because it is uva/uvb resistant hopefully will resist the fading. We then covered the floor with a protective coating.
Thrilled with the result, and it was easy to do. The only thing I would add is I used a brush instead of a foam roller, as the roller did not apply as evenly as the brush. Really recomended!!
Pleasure to deal with a company that understands their products and offers a great service
Beautiful suede-like finish and excellent service
I’m delighted with Graphenstone GrafClean paint. It was easy to apply over previously painted textured wallpaper, and the result is spectacular—the walls have a beautifully soft, suede-like finish that almost feels like fabric.
I chose Putty and loved it so much that I’m now ordering another Graphenstone colour for a different project. I also used GrafClean Eggshell and was equally pleased; it has virtually no smell.
The service from Green Shop Paints was excellent. Samples arrived quickly, the paint was delivered on time and securely packaged, and my online questions were answered promptly and helpfully. Beautiful colours, excellent paint and great service—highly recommended!
Very good website, easy to navigate and order paint which was extremely well packaged and delivered in good time
A lovely colour. The paint goes on well. I had to cover about 20 square metres of wall, with a very bumpy lime render in good condition. I used 5 litres of paint, diluted at 10 per cent, to get two coats. I had also used 2 litres of the recommended primer, diluted at 50 per cent. I used a 10 cm brush, due tobthe surface. The wall looks good. I expect that a smoother render would need rather less paint and primer.
Easy to order and prompt delivery.
I had great advice over the phone, they took the trouble to find the answer to an unusual question I had asked and phoned me back with the answer (that won them the order from me!).
Great communication, I was informed about waiting time for restock and had choice if wanted to delete order or wait.
