Auro 518 Natural wood varnish - Matt finish natural varnish for furniture and wooden surfaces.  Easy to use just use like any 'normal' wood varnish, but this varnish doesn't pollute your indoor air quality and off gas chemicals for months on end.

Transparent 'light honey shade' (due to natural oils) coating for wood and wood-based materials, non-rusting metals, certain plastics or tiles.

  • Quick-drying and non-yellowing
  • Class 1 for wet abrasion and opacity according to DIN EN 13300
  • Toy standard DIN EN 71 & Saliva safety DIN 53160
  • For interior wood and trim, apply with brush, roller or spray.

Drying time at 23°C/ 50% relative humidity
Dust dries after approximately 2 hours, workable after approximately 6 hours, curing time approximately 24 hours.

Ingredients: Water, Decovery® (plant based binder), cellulose, surfactants made of rapeseed oil and castor oil, silicates, liquid ammonia, benzisothiazolinone*, sodium pyrithione* (*Legally required preservatives, at trace level) If you require MI free natural wood varnish , then we do still have a small amount of the Auro 261 left :)

Note: The product looks milky white in the can, but dries to a transparent colour.

Good levelling properties, tough with high resistance

Cleaning of tools:
Immediately after use remove product residues from the tools by brushing out and wash with water. Remove stubborn product residues by soaking the tools for longer periods in soap solution (AURO Plant Soap No. 411) and wash thoroughly with water.
