If you've shopped with us before, you'll know Organic Natural Paint has spent years helping people find genuinely eco, breathable and non-toxic paints and finishes. We've got some news to share: we're bringing everything together under our sister store, Greenshop Paints, which is becoming our main home online.
Here's the important bit first. Nothing about who we are is changing. Same company, same team, same warehouse, same honest advice. The only difference is that you'll now find it all in one, better place.
Why the move?
Greenshop Paints is simply a nicer website to use. It's faster, easier to browse, and it carries a wider range than we've ever been able to offer before, including all the brands you already know and love like Auro, Earthborn and Graphenstone, plus more besides. Bringing the two shops together means one team, focused on one great store, looking after you better.
What to expect
Over the coming weeks you'll notice products on Organic Natural Paint gradually being marked as unavailable to order, each with a link to buy the very same product here on Greenshop Paints.
- The products aren't going anywhere. The same paints, oils, waxes and finishes are all here at Greenshop Paints, often with extra colours and sizes too.
- Same eco standards, same values. We haven't changed what we stand for.
- Same people to talk to. If you're ever unsure which product or colour is right, we're on the end of the phone and email, just as always.
What about my account and past orders?
We're moving customer accounts and order history across to Greenshop Paints, so nothing gets lost.
