This satin matte finish product conforms to DIN/EN standards, ensuring compliance with "Toy safety norm DIN EN 71-3" and "Sweat and saliva resistance DIN 53160."

Designed for both interior and exterior applications, this wood stain delivers a brilliant finish and exceptional weather resistance outdoors with just a few coats. The transparent variant, No. 560-01, not only shields against external elements but also prevents wood greying, providing essential care and protection while preserving the wood's unique grain.

Easy to apply, fast-drying, and with minimal odor, this wood stain is environmentally friendly, meeting the criteria of the French VOC regulation and being AgBB-compliant. Prepare substance-rich and highly absorbent woods by priming them with AURO COLOURS FOR LIFE Woodstain, either using the transparent variant No. 560-01 or the tinted version No. 560 (diluted with up to 5% water). It is essential to handle boron salted or boiler pressure impregnated woods separately. For these specific woods, a distinct treatment process is recommended.

However, for other types of wood, you can apply the product directly without the need for a separate primer.

The versatility of COLOURS FOR LIFE Woodstain No. 560 extends beyond wood applications; it can also be creatively utilized for decorative purposes on walls previously coated with emulsion paints like No.'s 321, 331, or 524. To ensure optimal results in this context, it is recommended to reduce the wall's absorbency. This precautionary step prevents the wood stain from drying too quickly during application, allowing for a smoother and more controlled process.
