Earthborn claypaint is a high quality clay based breathable emulsion. It’s distinctive ultra matt finish softens and enhances the light in your room. It provides excellent coverage due to its thick and creamy texture.

Ingredients: Water, Chalk, Talcum, Vinegar Ester, Methylcellulose, Titanium Dioxide, Phosphate, Sodium Hydroxide, 0.1% synthetic preservative.

*Titanium dioxide in some colours (colour card details which do not contain Titanium Dioxide). The natural clay colours; Marbles, Humpty Dumpty, Freckle & Flower Pot, do not contain Titanium Dioxide or colourant.

Coverage: Approx coverage 10 m² per litre.

Actual coverage will depend upon absorbency of the surface and method of application. Claypaint may require one less coat than you expect.

Application: Allow 6 - 12 hours drying time.

Earthborn claypaint works well for application to dry and absorbent surfaces such as wood, plaster, wallpaper, and most mineral surfaces. Surfaces should be clean and grease free prior to painting.

This paint is particularly suited for painting over lime plaster, and can be used on previously painted surfaces.

Remove loose paint with a scraper or firm brush. Ensure any stains that may bleed through paint, like nicotine or water, are treated first. Clay and lime plasters should be moistened before Earthborn Claypaint is applied.

Small surface marks can be removed by using a pencil eraser or fine emery paper. Do a patch test first.
